To meet the increasing requirements in terms of reliability and safety of installations, SARASIN ACTOR has developed a modular and innovative system of Partial Stroke Test. This system is adaptable to most existing units and the integration of our controller is achievable by our team in one single day.
Whether on hazardous or safe sites, for 1/4 turn or linear actuators, on SARASIN ACTOR equipments or other, this new feature helps ensure the stroke of your valve when you need it.

To help our gas customers reduce their carbon footprint, we have developed stand-alone systems with no gas discharge. With a simple electrical supply, these items can control safety valves supplied with natural gas upstream. With no size limits and using long-proven technologies, our single-acting spring-return actuators have already been installed on valves from 2″ to 32″ 600 on critical lines where high availability is required. This technology is increasingly aimed at customers concerned with reducing their impact. Constantly evolving, we are working to reduce obstruction and make these devices more intelligent.
Electrical power can vary from 370 to 2500 W depending on the valve size and the required operating times. It is also possible to precisely manage the time taken to activate the safety function and reduce it to a few seconds if necessary.

with Damper – FF
To meet applications requiring a very high level of safety with reduced stress on the equipment and valve, we have developed the « FF » system. It reduces the operating time to the safety position to a few milliseconds in high or low pressure processes, while ensuring absorption at the end of stroke. Our equipment can be installed on any type of valve (ball, butterfly, or wedge valve) and has even proven itself in nuclear power plants. By limiting water hammer in the piping, the customer’s system is less stressed and ensures a longer service life.
